To that end, we are proud to announce that our practice offers you a new way of confirming your appointments!
Also, please take the opportunity to use the Patient Portal that enables our patients to communicate with our
practice easily, safely, and securely over the Internet. Once you sign up, you will have access to features and can
save time by sending a message to the office for appointment requests or for general questions!
Through the new update, you will receive
– Confirmation/Reminder Texts & Emails
– Voice call reminder a day before your appointment
Cancellations/Reschedules and Confirming Appointments
Our desire is to provide every patient with the treatment they need. As a courtesy to our patients, for any unconfirmed appointments, we call prior to your visit to remind you of your appointment. We do not overbook patient appointments. However, for any unconfirmed appointments, if we are unable to reach you, it is considered an unconfirmed appointment and may be taken off our schedule. Please ensure you have provided us with the phone number(s) where we can best reach you or leave you a message during daytime hours. For those patients who are unable to provide us 48 hours notification for any cancellations or reschedulement, we do have a broken appointment policy whereby you will be charged a fee of $50.00.
