Important update regarding appointment policy

Dear our loyal patients,

Our desire is to provide every patient with the treatment they need. As a courtesy to our patients, for any unconfirmed appointments, multiple reminders are sent out prior to your visit to remind you of your appointment. We do not overbook patient appointments. However, for any unconfirmed appointments, if we are unable to reach you, it is considered an unconfirmed appointment and may be taken off our schedule.

Please ensure you have provided us with the phone number(s) where we can best reach you or leave you a message during daytime hours. For any confirmed patients who are unable to provide us a 48 hours notification for any cancellations or reschedulement, we do have a broken appointment policy whereby you will be charged a fee of $50

Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to access timely dental care. Our voice mail is available for messages left after business hours. We understand that extreme/unavoidable emergencies or circumstances do arise which may require you to cancel your appointment, and individual circumstances will be taken into consideration.

Late Arrivals – In an effort to serve our patients in a timely manner, we ask that you are on time for your scheduled appointment. In the event you are running late, please call the office. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may asked to reschedule. A fee of $25+ will be charged. Please arrive early or be on time.
